We're thrilled to team up with local and national funders to bring you the Hawke's Bay Funding Workshops.

There will be a wealth of great information about funding options and resources, expo stalls and opportunities to catch up with funders.  The roadshow aims to connect community and not-for-profit groups and organisations with funding opportunities available in the Hawke's Bay

If you are a community organisation looking for funding to do some great community work, you won't want to miss this!

Getting Your Board On Board Workshop (Megan Thorn, Exault)

Saturday 1st March 2025 9:30am - 4:00pm

Non-Profit Governance has changed dramatically in the last 10 years - If you want your organisation to work at its’ full potential, you need a strong board/committee that truly understands their roles and responsibilities. This workshop is a great introduction to Governance, and ensures that both new and experienced Trustees/Board Members all have the same understanding of what’s involved.  It will give you all a practical guide to your roles without all the fluff and jargon.

Ideally to get the most out of the workshop the Organisations Manager/person responsible for the day-to-day running of your organisation AND at least 80% of your board should attend so everyone’s on the same page.
